Mortgage Mailing List Pricing

Our targeted mortgage mailing list prices depend on how many different sets of demographic criteria you seek.  Most mortgage mailing lists fall between 8 and 12 cents per record.

There is a base price of 6 cents per record, plus an additional 1 cent per demographic selection. For example: If you wanted to purchase a mailing list for Reverse Mortgage with the following criteria: Homeowners aged 65-86, 60%+ equity in the house, Home Value $150,000 to $500,000. The price would be 9 cents per record. 10 cents per record if you wanted phone numbers.

Age                1 cent

Equity/LTV    1 cent

Home Value  1 cent

You can use this same formula for any type of mailing list. 6 cents base price plus 1 cent per additional selection. There are additional costs for credit data and certain specialty lists.
